POSITION
Summary:
The Director, Human Resources, is responsible for providing the full range of HR support to Loveland and Ames Operations/ Manufacturing (revenue responsibility: $500M+; number of associates: 700, 2 locations: Loveland, CO and Ames, IA) to create a world class organization and talent capability to meet strategic and annual business objectives. This may include the coordination and implementation of systems, processes, policies and programs regarding recruitment, orientation/assimilation/on-boarding, organizational development, succession planning, talent development, management training, employment, compensation and benefits administration, safety, health, associate services, communications, regulatory compliance, and associate relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic HR priorities in line with and to support the achievement of the annual business objectives
Lead cross functional strategic change projects to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Be the HR point of contact for the global VP of Operations in regards to HR matters pertaining to Loveland and Ames Operations/ Manufacturing
Provide coaching support for Operations leaders and managers and their staffs where needed
Be responsible for key talent and management development including consulting with the organization's leaders regarding team development and personal/professional development of associates.
Provide internal consulting services regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies and processes. Participate in developing best practices and implementing policies and processes as applicable.
Develop and drive performance management processes, tools, communications, and training programs
Provide leadership in the development of a sustainable high performance/high commitment workforce
Manage day-to-day associate relations including problem solving, counselling, coaching, fact-finding
Ensure compliance with employment-related laws (EEOC, OSHA, Wage and Hour, etc.). Represent the company on related litigation.
Develop and/or deliver training programs as assigned.
Utilize company tools (TPI, VRK, etc.) to streamline HR processes, improve quality and reduce administrative cost.
Lead a team of 4 HR Managers and HR Specialists based in Loveland and Ames.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree in business or related field a plus.
Ten or more years of progressive HR experience with a multi-national company in a managerial and generalist HR role required.
HR experience in an Operations/ Manufacturing environment preferred.
5-7 years of progressive people management experience required.
Knowledge of US laws governing employment required. Prior experience in organizational design, succession planning and talent management highly desired.
Prior experience in organizations committed to the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
