This pivotal role is integral to supporting, training, and resolving issues related to diverse construction technology solutions, including grade control systems, drones, and other innovative tools. By delivering exceptional support and solutions, the incumbent significantly contributes to the success of 4Rivers Equipment, fostering customer retention and driving new business growth. 4Rivers is currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time position in our Foursight Solutions location in Longmont, CO.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor parts inventory levels using best practices to ensure optimal stock levels across all locations. Coordinate with branches to fulfill inventory needs and generate stocking orders as necessary, facilitating inter-location transfers. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by maintaining close communication with sales and field teams. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Foursight team regarding billing and ordering systems. Supervision and Store Maintenance:
Supervise retail area, ensuring proper stocking and organization. Coordinate all support services at the store to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and serviceability. Oversee warehouse organization and yard maintenance, ensuring equipment is stored and displayed effectively. Manage store personnel, providing leadership and setting a positive example. Conduct product training to effectively demonstrate over-the-counter products to customers. Working Conditions:
Regularly transition between seated and standing positions. Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 75 lbs, including up and down stairs. Adaptability to work with distractions and rapid changes. Proficiency in operating a motorized lift. Exposure to mist, fumes, and non-continuous noises of varying intensities, as well as heavy dust from job site conditions. Requirements:
Experience in parts inventory management and dispatching or assigning work to field teams in product support functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to quickly learn new information systems.
