Apprenticeship Compliance Specialist

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor all apprenticeship program metrics to ensure 100% compliance with applicable regulations.
Produce reporting necessary for program compliance.
Manage apprentice data in RAPIDS.
Interact with DOL and Wage & Hour as required.
Work closely with Payroll to validate certified payroll hours and rates.
Quickly respond to and resolve any non-conformities identified within the apprenticeship program.
Identify and champion new processes, providers and technologies that can improve the efficacy of data tracking and reporting.
Develop processes for auditing & reporting at the project site level.
Present program reports to leadership team, as well as departments as needed.
Answer questions and provide guidance to managers regarding apprenticeship program expectations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience validating certified payroll.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with RAPIDS and related systems.
CWDP certification.
Experience with Power BI or similar systems.
Accounting and auditing experience preferred.
Experience using multiple technology platforms to track & manage data and providing accurate forecasting.
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to navigate workforce development applications, requirements, etc.
Ability to create and launch new programs, services, or initiatives.
Strong understanding of government regulations, IRA, certified payroll, and EEO compliance related to apprenticeship programs.
Ability to navigate RAPIDS, Power BI, and related software platforms.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Detail oriented, strong task management and organizational skills.
Adept at problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making.
Strategic, innovative, and forward thinking.
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability.

Salary $96,000 - $107,000 annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
