html The Supported Employment program provides support to individuals in finding and maintaining a job placement in the community.
This is accomplished by developing and maintaining successful relationships with area businesses, with the ultimate goal of pairing individuals with the right job for them.
The Supported Employment program manager is responsible for providing administrative oversight as well as overseeing program operations, including building and maintaining these relationships with area businesses to better support the individuals in the program.
This position supervises a team that provides skilled ongoing direct services to individuals in order to support their vocational goals and assist in skill building so they can be successful in their jobs! Duties and
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and fulfills all services for clients in Supported Employment.
Including all DVR and Medicaid services across all regional office locations.
Fulfills duties in full compliance with all applicable rules and regulations from Medicaid, HCPF, CDPHE, and any other licensing/regulatory entity associated with the program as well as applicable Local, State, and Federal rules and regulations Manage staff and client daily schedules to ensure shifts are covered and attendance records are accurate Monitor job coaches' client tracking to ensure it meets all regulatory and billing requirements Successful supervision and management of employees Assist in creating and implementing a job coaching curriculum for job coaches Maintain a positive attitude and model appropriate skills and communication when working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their teams Advocate for client needs and appropriate services to ensure clients build skills and work toward vocational and/or community integration goals Assist in the completion of paperwork for clients as needed, including placement plans, job preparation, and development paperwork, new hire paperwork, work skills assessments, worksite assessments, check-ins, and team updates
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or GED required, and 1 year of experience in related field Must meet approved motor vehicle record standards for providing transportation for clients.
