eBike Service Manager and/or Senior Mechanic
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryWe are hiring an experienced certified bike mechanic with a background in bicycle retail to join our team.

We are looking for experience, but are willing to train the right person.
DutiesResponsible for service department safety, procedures and updating various process development.
Must be able to utilize KPIs to benefit the overall net profit of the service department.
Will be responsible for closing/opening duties Must be able to manage entire store including retail portionSupply orders and Purchase ordersLightspeed inventory management RequirementsApproximately 4 years mechanic experience preferable with 2
years working on various brands of electric bicycles.
Knowledge of Shimano, Bosch, Bose, Bafang, Magura, and other well-used brands in the E-bike world.
Certification (most types accepted) Ability to lift 80lbsAbility to stand for long hoursMust be able to create working relationships with team and customers Valid Driver's LicenseBenefitsSign on Bonus offered based on experience.
