PROJECT COORDINATOR

SUMMARY The Project Coordinator supports our commercial business and is a multifaceted position with the overall broad objective of providing assistance and support to Metal Sales internal and external customers resulting in complete customer satisfaction and increased sales by coordinating all requests for information, promotional material, or products with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
This is a permanent full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Starting pay ranges from $18.
00 to $22.
00, depending on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Customer service Customer conflict resolution Issue quotes Order entry Update CRM accounts and projects Ensure accuracy of requests Estimate support Estimate scheduling Construction document reviews/identification and prep RFI support Management and creation of project bid folders CRM support Tracking and fulfillment of Tech Service Sales support Submittal package support Substitution requests Sample Request from TSM, BDM & PM Management of bidder lists PM Support RFI support Project Closeout Documentation Support Credit and WTW Support Documentation Follow Up SUPERVISORY

High school diploma or GED required Customer service or inside sales experience required Ability to handle a high volume of customer calls and multi-line phone experience is required Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities Knowledge of computer use and applications Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required Knowledge of AS400 operating system a plus Construction and/or manufacturing knowledge strongly desired Knowledge of Metal Roofing or Roofing in general is preferred Must be detail oriented and able multi-task in a fast-paced environment Desire to work within a highly diversified cross-functional team Ability to learn products and master processing procedures PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
