Sr. Total Rewards & HR Systems Analyst

For this opening we will consider candidates from the following locations:
Longmont,CO,United States Responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to all aspects of Total Rewards and HR Systems, including leave management, benefits administration and reporting, compensation analysis, HRIS maintenance and project management, HR analytics, business reporting, and Payroll processing and reporting.
ResponsibilitiesTotal Rewards:
Manages leaves via Absencesoft, a leave management system.
Works with vendor, employees, managers, and HR to ensure leaves are managed according to policy and plans.
Provides recommendations on improvements to leave policies and processes.
Administers benefit plans daily for the US and Canada.
Responds to employee and vendor inquiries and manages invoices and POs for all benefit-related vendors.
Performs benefit analysis and reporting for internal and external parties.
Performs data management and analytics that support compensation plans and processes.
Partners with the Commissions Manager, to assist in streamlining process and data management.
HRIS Management:
Partners with IT and 3rd party consultant to optimize the HRIS system and ensure that it is configured to efficiently support HR processes and business needs.
Streamlines HR processes in the system, to ensure they have the correct steps and approvals to meet HR and business needs.
Perform maintenance and data quality audits on the HR System's data, performing corrections, as necessary.
Works with IT to test system upgrades.
Learn the intricacies and impact connection between Enterprise HRMS data and that of other company systems.
Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to understand data and analytical needs fand implements, as necessary.
Optimizes reporting to support HR and business needs.
Respond to HR Systems-related questions from employees and HR Team.
Maintain the HRIS inox, resolving issues, as possible or escalating, as necessary.
Payroll Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies Maintain an efficient payroll process that complies with all federal and state regulations Prepare and submit all tax notices and garnishments Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records Audit data in time tracking system and Workforce on a monthly and quarterly basis Design, document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes Coordinating with HR about changes in payroll (terminations, new hires, leaves) Report to management on payroll issues and changes Answer employee questions about salaries, payments and other questions Work with authorities (IRS, DOL) on audits or requests Data Analytics Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and effectively communicate results and insights.
Develops data analytic reporting and dashboards that support the needs of HR and the business.
Develops reporting tools that provide information on key KPIs, as requested by HR and the business.
Ensures the accuracy and validity of data by conducting quality checks and implementing data validation processes.
QualificationsMinimum Education:
A Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field or a field requiring similar knowledge, skills and abilities.
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for education requirements.
Minimum
Experience:
At least five years of relevant experience, including at least two years in HR systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Understanding of HR Systems, their functioning and how they can be used to support HR and business needs.
Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Outlook.
Highly proficient in Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn.
Pragmatic, self-disciplined, and self-starter.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Strong metrics, reporting, and business analysis technical acumen.
