This is 98% a work-from-home position.
Must live in Colorado and be able to attend quarterly meetings.
This individual will work closely with Customers/Contractors, Owners, and the Management team.
Weekly Schedule:
8 am-12:
30 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, Fridays 7:
30 am-4:
30 pm, with additional days possible for the right person.

Proficient in Excel & Word, Google Calendars, Quickbooks Proficient with Technology Organized (Experience with OneDrive a plus) Attention to Detail Excellent customer service Excellent communication skills Time management skills & adaptability Problem-solving skills and ability to self-start One year of remote work (required) Home office with two monitors, printer and scanner is required.
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
Answering Phones, Residential Scheduling, Set up Projects, Vehicle Maintenance Scheduling, Project Close Out, Safety and Insurance Admin, email management, electronic filing, miscellanous tasks given by owner and management team.
Willingness to take on more tasks as needed.
Must have in home office set up, printer, scanner, laptop or PC Required.
