Responsibilities:
Provide Customer Service support to our Customers, Sales Area Managers and VP of Sales.
Interact with internal / external customers to provide information response to inquiries about products and services.
Handle and resolve questions / concernsProvide information about the organization's products and service.
Generate quotes and process orders as requested by Sales Area Manager and customers.
Manage, maintain and update customer accounts.
Resolve customer complaints - escalate to Supervisor or additional departments when appropriate.
Exhibit excellent documentation practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Background:
Customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision.
Extremely thorough organizational and planning skills.
Strong knowledge of customer service and establishing contacts.
Ability to handle numerous projects at one time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop close professional relationships.
Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Some ERP experience (SAP experience a plus).
