Essential Duties
To consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly individual and team objectives and provide the Prospectors with quality leads that can in-turn be converted to accounts. These are Warm leads and you will not be cold calling.
Contact by telephone businesses that have received a mailer or requested a catalog.
Achieve at least 100% of individual quality leads every month.
Use telephone skills, computer ability, and positive attitude in a professional manner to help our client maintain contact with prospective clients.
Make a positive first impression as a representative of Leanin' Tree.
Determine legitimate interest in our products and services and be able to convey these interests accurately to our sales staff for follow-up.
Accurately track dials and leads to assure that are staying on task.
Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone.
Become familiar with Leanin' Tree products and be able to generally describe them to prospective customers.
Demonstrate an ability to multi-task.
Use data entry skills to accurately enter information into database.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Professional, interpersonal and tele-marketing skills
Accurate, organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined
Ability to work well with widely diverse retailers and buyers
Basic math skills
Data entry skills
Computer skills
Ability to work in a team environment with a shared database and goals
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
